Student weighing out dry herb ingredients

Location: Approximately 130 kms south of San Jose along the Panamanian highway and 5 km outside the market town of San Isidro

Description: New Dawn has been offering courses in tropical agriculture and medicinal plants since 1988 and students live there for a month at a time. Much of the food used in the meals is grown on the property and immunological herbs are processed and sold for additional income.
